This is a branding of a Rhode Island all-natural homemade dog biscuit company. The project includes business cards and packaging (coming soon).
The idea was to make a professional looking label for a small business- a high impact design that could hold up in a store specializing in selling high-end and organic food products (think Whole Foods/Trader Joes). Customers here are used to seeing high-end design in packaging in combination with an earthy, natural looking packaging. That’s what I am going for on this project, these logos are set against an earthy brown paper packaging, each of the four colors representing a flavor. Colors chosen to depict natural tendencies (whether consciously or due to years of seeing advertisements and packing) of what the buyer percieves as “veggie” or “peanut butter”.
